They're advertising Bad Santa on tv at the moment, thankfully after 8.30pm at night. I think this is taking the black humour thing a bit too far. Even if you object to Santa, there no need to drag it down to this level of crude.

Definately not on my 'too see' list.

the movie is offensive, crude, and utterly hilarious as it held nothing back. it gave you dark and offensive humor and then some.

I know its awful, but the way that kid just ignores his verbal abuse was totally hilarious.

I can't stand what our cultures have done to commercialize and remove the meaning of Christmas to begin with, let alone associating it with perversion and abuse. Money changers in the temple ring any bells? You couldn't pay me to see this movie.

A friend saw this movie, who could make it through anything. He said there wasn't a single laugh in the whole thing.

As offensive as it was, I have to admit, I laughed quite a bit. But, I'm one of those people who takes everything with a grain of salt. I mean, it's just a movie, and I find it hard to believe that something like that would ever happen in reality, and so, with that in mind, I can let myself enjoy a few laughs that this piece of fiction throws my way.

I thought it was rough, but so funny. Lauren Graham (Gilmore Girls) is so beautiful. After I watched it, I wanted to by a Santa outfit.

I can understand that people find it offensive, but you know, the offensiveness brought a reality to it. It would have been pretty phony to have him be this bitter alcholic thief who then suddenly turns all sweet and nice immediately when this poor kid comes into his life. He was a very bad man, but he managed to put his faith in something decent and finally found a bit of redemption and hope for a better life. Theres more of a Christmas message in that than 99.9% of the marketing driven schlock that is usually released for the holidays.
