Avatar problems

My old avatar seems to load okayish but I have a background that is bugged or stuck or something. It's the "Forest" background and it's messing up my avatar. I can highlight any other item and click "remove item" or "layer up/layer down" and it will do it. The background is is stuck and has been for a couple weeks now.

I'm thinking about deleting my living avatar and just starting again!

to get your avatar back go into to edit avatar then save it again, that should solve the problem.

Can we upgrade our *custom* avatars to be 250 by 250 pixels like the living avatars?
