I remember God saying that when we speak outside of His plan and purpose, the anointing wanes in our life. Although we have authority positionally according to the Word, the effectiveness of our authority is based on our submission. Positionally we have authority in Christ but it is the power of the anointing that moves things in the Spirit.

When we agree with things the enemy says it diminishes that anointing. In effect, we have within our reach keys to increase or decrease that anointing and effectiveness.

I liken it to believing for your healing. It's yours in the Spirit, but bringing it to pass might take time depending on our place in the Spirit. You can believe God with your personal faith for your healing, but combine your faith with the healing anointing or combine the gift of faith with the healing anointing and see it come to pass very quickly.

I remember God told Hagin that your healing would come to pass more quickly if you stayed filled with the Holy Spirit.
It would cause things to advance in the spirit realm

We flow with God to bless effectively (in His plan) and the alternative is corrupt communication and cursing. Surely it's all about yielding. Our faith comes from hearing in our spirit that Word of life. He tweaks our desires so it may seem like we have a little room for independence, but I personally believe it's all God to will and to do. Outside of that, it's presumption and head "faith". People speak of "witchcraft" prayers trying to move things with their own will along what is believed to be scriptural lines. God turns down the power of our words when we turn aside from His perfect plan. He turns it back up when we get back on board with His gig.

Our "creative" ability with our words are really only creative in the anointing.
Otherwise they tend to "create" havoc. Have you ever prayed a prayer that was scripturally correct but had zero anointing and your words seemed like broken pingpong balls?

How words affect our "tomorrows".

Words are containers. When we speak, if we could see into the spirit realm, we would see a stream of containers which is our words.

We pick the containers up and look inside. What do we see?

Either faith filled words or fear filled words!

The faith filled words allow our Angels to work for us bringing to past our words.

The fear filled words allow the devils bunch to bring to past our words.

Greetings everyone- I was doing some searching and came across this closed thread .christianforums .com /t1469008, and even though it was closed, I wanted to add something beneficial for the readers if this is ok.

I meet many who wonder how the power of God operates through a believer. Why one individual testifies how the power of God moves like this and another person says the power of God moves like that... what is true? What about feeling the power of God, or lack of feeling the power of God as you exercise it? What about the differences in the types of miracles- what kind of power causes what?

I put together a free Study Guide download will give you the NT scriptures as a basis for each of the main two types of power that can be exercised through the believer. I believe this will also help answer questions of how authority and the tangible power of God differ in their operation through a son of God, as well as their similarities.

I don't have enough posts yet to allow me to post a link to the study guide, but if you want more info and want to download the free pdf visit the website on my profile contact info- and click articles (Exousia and Dunamis Study Guide).

Be blessed-

Tim

To be honest I thought it was very basic, I have a twenty four set (audio) mp3 series on the authority of the believer (with notes)... bet that would open up some topics of conversation...

count me in but I do appreciate the url in the OP. A base is always necessary to work from.

Alive Again, your post is very good. This is what happened to Adam and Eve. Their disobedience affected them physically imo but it definitely impacted their spiritual position in Him. Yet they were still Yahweh's children. Witchcraft prayers? that's what happens sometimes.

In post #2 I wrote that "...with the congregation singing, the anointing went from zero to a thousand in a matter of a second." I've been in lots of services where Yahweh's presence was evident (yes I know He lives within us) but this was very different. Since then I've learned that decades ago this person spent several hours nightly for months praising and worshiping Yahweh. Of course, he continues to spend time just worshiping Yahweh. The night of that service we attended, he had spent 5 hours that day in worship. Also, worship is when we get our minds off ourselves and others and meditate (not emptying but focusing) on Yahweh. So I see this as yielding - as Alive Again posted...seems like little room for independence. This guy pursued Yahweh as his top priority.

Did he show patience 100% of the time? No. It broke one of my religious boxes thinking that all the fruits of the Spirit have to be there 100% of the time in order to have the anointing. I'm not down playing them, they're very important.

Again I want to say that I'm not building this person up, I'm trying to understand the anointing that's on his life.

Creflo's message on Fri is about the anointing.

Another thing is the love of others comes before the anointing. Reading about Marie Woodworth-Etter, an evangelist, her words were filled with concern and love for people. Though she was afraid of speaking, she finally told Yahweh that she would be willing if He would fill her mouth with His words. That was her approach each time. Seems like her first sermon was about 45 min. In her diary she would note how many were saved, the sermon topic, etc. Some were slain in the spirit before they arrived in the churches or meeting spots where she preached. The Welsh revival started because of prayers concerning the lost to be saved if I remember correctly. One result was their jails emptied. The atmosphere of those communities were effected by Yahweh's saving grace and power.

I'm willing to listen to others' views.

So worshiping Yahweh and loving others brings His anointing? Not that those are small things.

Jentzen Franklin's program today is about the prayer of Jabez. If we're to do The Great Commission, that prayer is what's in our hearts.
