My Religion teacher has given me an assignment/homework to ask this question through a poll in the form of social media. If you have a minute or two to spare, kindly answer which gift of the Holy Spirit do you need now and why? Please be sincere and honest. Also, would you kindly (random BioShock reference) pass this around to anyone who you think needs a gift of the Holy Spirit in this time of their life.
For those who don't know, the seven gifts of the Holy Spirit are (and with the definitions of each gift given for this assignment):

Wisdom - the capacity to love spiritual things more than material things
Understanding - capacity to understand the truths of faith
Counsel - know the difference between right and wrong
Fortitude - we overcome our fears
Knowledge - we understand the meaning and creations of God
Piety - capacity to love God with all our heart
Fear of the Lord - respecting the majesty of God

What about all the other Spiritual gifts? Healing, Prophecy, Tongues, etc.? You're forgetting a lot.

Since I've never taken a religion class in my life, I'm pretty dumbstruck at your knowledge . There is so much that I do not know...yet the Lord is merciful and loving enough to see through my lack of knowledge, that I know.

I pretty much need all of those gifts but I answered ''Piety'' because loving God with all your heart, mind, body and soul is the Greatest Commandment, and I will always lack in it no matter hard I try...

1 Corinthians 12:7-11 NIV

Now to each one the manifestation of the Spirit is given for the common good. To one there is given through the Spirit a message of wisdom, to another a message of knowledge by means of the same Spirit, to another faith by the same Spirit, to another gifts of healing by that one Spirit, to another miraculous powers, to another prophecy, to another distinguishing between spirits, to another speaking in different kinds of tongues, and to still another the interpretation of tongues. All these are the work of one and the same Spirit, and he distributes them to each one, just as he determines.

I couldn't highlight all of them for you, as I'm on my phone, but there are more gifts. I've seen healing and I've seen the speaking and interpretation of tongues. Don't let anyone tell you they're not real, as it is in the bible and it's still happening today!
