I had a physical Tuesday for disability. The nurse said that I wasn’t faking like most people she sees. I’m still trying to get back in the habit of working my upper body with bands. Waiting on a decision from disability and hanging in there.

It has been one year since I applied for disability, I hope they make a decision soon. If I don’t get it I’m not going to appeal. I will draw my Social Security. Either way I will have to find a part time job so I need to continue physically therapy for the left leg, lose another 65 pounds then I can have knee replacement on the right knee.
I also have PTSD and had to have a mental evaluation for disability as well. I have had it since 2008 and I worked all that time until September 2024. My PTSD is under control and has not stopped me from working.

When I get my knee replacement surgery I will have to take extra precautions to keep from getting a blood clot. After my back surgery in December 2024 I got a DVT and had a pulmonary embolism. The surgeon is aware of this and told me to consult with my vascular surgeon before I have the surgery.
