CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

ok, favorate non-bible book.....
Pilgrim's Progress... though I do a lot of reading... right now I'm reading the Phantom of the Opera for the first time... got it at a thrift store for a buck.... and it's a good read....
been a Christian? umm let me figure out the number..... let's see it was October I was 17... I am 27 today... so 9 years and four months.... give or take a few days....
best Birthday Experience?
each one is it's own..... let's wander down memory lane... with Kleenex in hand.....
I would have to say 21... no I didn't drink that day or anything.... all my close family was there, and both my grandparents on my mom's side were still in good health... my papa has since passed away and my grandma now has severe alzheimer's she barely remembers me except as little Timmy who's really big... that's a good day for her.... *cries a bit*
anyways....on that day when they called I got to talk with my papa for like a half hour about heaven and theology and life and stuff... and my grandma for a half hour about life and stuff.... and my nephew(who now has two brothers) was all like "Let's play uncle" it was a great day....
that was a great one....
then three years ago.... two weeks to the day after my birthday my second nephew was born.... a pretty sweet deal as I had been the only January child in the family....
as a kid I didn't have many friends, just one or two other outcasts here and there, so I never had big parties....
but I did get invited to one that had an impact on me... the kid had a karate guy come there and teach us some basic defense moves... moves that helped me in dealing with a bully two years later... but it wasn't on my birthday.... so not sure if it counts as a "birthday memory"
it wasn't till High school that I made friends and college I got semi-popular..... by that point I had already made my birthday a family thing, so I never really had friends over... this year I tried to but both people I wanted to come declined..... and one time I had two guys come over... there my friends at the time... one proved to be a disloyal guy though... had to terminate contact with him... the other comes in and out of my at his convince.... and since I don't have many friends... I let him....

if you mean what do I do for money that gets me though the week, I work at a grocery store doing whatever they need done(I'm an everything man)
but I just do that for doing it, it's not my life, it's just my job....

If I'm not working (If no one manges to weasel it off so I have to work on it.... weasels I work with would try it).....
be in my room on my computer, maybe watching a dvd.... not watching the super bowl..... not a fan of football....

no, but I pull stuff out of the back end of several almost every day at work.... today was three... tomorrow will be only one.... it varies.... and I have used several.... when we've moved around..... and we've moved quiet a lot....

On the Back seat.... never driven one.... my uncle Ron came to visit us once, so I got to ride on the back of his...... in fact I have a picture of me on it.... I'll have to post it up here later for you to see.....Cool

work..... from 2:30 PM till 11PM...... and I haven't seen the one I have a crush on in two weeks now..... so even if I were free.... I'd be sitting around bored and lonely......

A friend of mine on a peer to peer file sharing program posted about a thread he was involved in debating friendships with the opposite thread... after heated discussions over several days, I came here to check it out, and have been on and off here since then.... haven't gone back to that P2P site much......
