CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

hmmmnn, I haven't confessed for awhile, not in a specific way. . . I usually pray for general forgiveness. . . as in "forgive me all my sins. . . those I know and those I do not know. . ."

YES! I'm meeting with my wife and a pastor to try to get some things settled before the lawyers take over. It's gonna suck. Pray that I get through it and that a fair settlement can be agreed upon befor going to court.

Only very good ones. I really don't like all the spoof/copycat t-shirts. My absolute favorite t-shirt ever - I wore it out - was a very gothic looking brown and black t-shirt with a picture of my Savior on the front and the word's Liar, Lunatic or Lord on the front and the famous CS Lewis quote on the back. It was very alternative, and not at all close to what I usually wear (preppy or casual, almost grunge t-shirt and jeans) but the message was amazing and I thought the shirt was visually stunning. I wish I still lhad it, but that was 14 years ago, and it has long since worn out.

Yes, we rented a house from my in-laws and we helped them do a lot of work on it. We've done a lot to our place too.

Mom and did call him dad before he died. I'll probably still call her Mom even after the divorce is final - it get along with her extremely well.
