  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

Haha! Funny you should ask. Yes, when I was in the 3rd grade! How embarassed I was. But I had a good cover up. I was washing some art supplies or something when it happened so I just splashed water on myself and cried and told the teacher that I got myself all wet washing the stuff in the sink. (Don't know if she bought it or not). LOL

What's your most embarassing moment?

Too many to choose from, but in 8th grade I was doing a science lab testing blood type. We were supposed to prick our finger, then press the blood on a test strip. I barely pricked my finger at all - I don't think there was any blood. I suddenly realized I was laying on the floor. I had passed out cold. It's strange, when I was a kid I used to watch the blood fill up the tube when they tested me for diabetes. But, now? I look for a bed everytime I get blood drawn - even today I had to.

I heard about that fainting spell all the way to graduation.

What's your biggest struggle right now?

Well, I think it's proper use is to protect oneself by venting emotion that would harm us if kept inside. Unfortunately, when you use anger to try to change another person, it rarely if ever works the way you'd want it to.

What safe methods do you use to dispel anger?

Rough. My wife and I had a very difficult discussion about futre hadnling of finances and trust regarding the divorce (that I don't want) and I've heard rumours about her that I can't get out of my head. I'm trying to let it go and look for the path that God would want and that would honor Him.

What do you like to read when you want to escape?

Between 10 and midnight - no set time.

Ps 91:14 "Because he loves me," says the LORD, "I will rescue him;
I will protect him, for he acknowledges my name.

15 He will call upon me, and I will answer him;
I will be with him in trouble,
I will deliver him and honor him.

In times of trouble, how do you put this in practice. Meaning, for you, how do you acknowedge Him and call upon His name?
