My son works for an aerospace company designing the Hall Effect thrusters used to position the GPS satellites. He has helped assemble the satellites and attends launches, etc. Is his company lying to him or is he lying to me?

If you watch any satellite launch, you'll see the trajectory is curved and it's ALWAYS over the ocean. Nice way to cover up a empty tin can falling into the ocean.

The technicians monitoring the telemetry data, all they see is some numbers on a computer screen...those metrics are probably generated by an artificial intelligence or pre-programmed into the software. They think however it's coming from the satellite.

All GPS satellites are owned and controlled by the military, sure your company may build some parts of a tin can for them. That doesn't mean it went or will be going to space.

Lol - this post belongs in the Conspiracy Theories forum. GPS satellites orbit Earth twice a day - even a basic modern mobile phone can track them (e.g. GPS Test app). Radio balloons, planes, and masts can't do that.

It also works fine without wifi and cellular, and anywhere in the world.

The obvious answer is atomic clocks in a secure environment. Once you take the atomic clock out of the secure environment, it is absolutely useless (like in space, often used to uphold the garbage theory of time dilation). It is useless because of cosmic radiation.

You may have seen a recent story about the SpaceX launch from Vandenberg AFB (California) that freaked out a lot of people in Southern California, like some drivers in Banning, some 50 miles inland.

Better yet, a guy in Yuma Arizona (not known for being in the ocean) got lovely footage of it.
