Only decent half time performance I've seen at any sporting event was U2 @ the Superbowl in 2002.

Actually I am gonna have to disagree with you there.
Although I think U2's performance was probally the best, I think 2001's performance (I think it was 01) by Aerosmith and Britney and Justin TImberlake, Nelly and the whole lot was actually pretty darn good.
Just my humble opinion anyway

She played Simon's girlfriend Cecelia. I actually liked her character and she was actually an okay actress.

I thought it was hilarious a few months ago when Ashlee proclaimed that dying her hair black had absolutely nothing to do with wanting to distinguish herself from her sister

I hope this was a wake up call to people who think that they are hearing quality music in modern pop.

you gotta admit, it would suck if you went onstage, thinking everyone is going to enjoy the show, you do your best, pour your heart out, and are booed offstage. Not a very good experience....not for anyone in any genre of music, no matter how bad it is.

Ashlee's dad is both her, Jessica, and Ryan Cabrera's manager. It is because of him that she got a deal, not Jessica.

Thier dad manages thier careers and mommy picks out thier wardrobes.

When THE ENTIRE ROSEBOWL boos you out...these are football fans, they cheer when people get hit hard enough to shatter thier ribs. If you get booed out by THAT many people, get a new job, FAST.

Ashlee used to be a back ground dancer for Jessica, she was all " provocatively dressed out" in a pop diva outfits, now shes's punk? hmmmmmmm.....Yeah OK! I have been wearing chuckies since i bought my own shoes, they are both sellouts to teh mainstream and are selling themselves out in the pursuit of the almighty dollar.

LoL She's so terrible a singer. The song pieces of me took a couple listens to get use to, but then gets tired after the 8th play.

I watched the video as her scratchy voice yawned "you make me wanna scream" shoot i'd a booed too. That was bad!

What was REALLY hilarious about to me, I wastching one of those entertainment tv shows and one of the reporters tried to play it off and excuse it as the orange bowl fans 'not being her kind of crowd' as if she didn't really suck....yeah, they weren't her kind of crowd, they weren't tone deaf and stupid. But don't worry Ashlee Simpson, being able to actually sing has never been a requirement for having a successful pop music career.....on the other hand, when Wierd Al Yankovic actually can sing better than you....

not only can she not sing but she doesnt have any class either, when she was caught
lip-synching.. she first blamed her band!!,( now thats a smart career move) she then blamed the tape player, she then said she had a illness, and the final excuse was that she was having a bout of acid reflux.... I understand the last excuse As i suffer acid reflux when i hear her sing also.... BOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!

She's just a kid, for God's sake. A kid with probably very little control over her own career. I imagine if felt awful to be booed offstage.

Maybe everyone else shouldn't be getting their jollies from her pain.
