I joined today, Christmas Day... Blissfully banned from Theology On Line - This site looks like a drink of cool, clear water after what TOL does... So God willing, this will be a good Christian home to hang out in online...

fwiw, I was banned for repeatedly posting "Let God arise, Let His enemies be scattered, Let them that hate him flee from before His Face, Christ is Risen from the Dead, Trampling down death by Death, and upon those in the tombs, bestowing Life." Followed by "And I became as a man that heareth not, and that hath in his mouth no rebukes..." The mods there would not muzzle abusive posters who agreed with them, and they got really awful, and so I used the above reply to each of the abusive poster's posts... That site is a very evil place, and I will not return when the ban ends in January... My usefulness there is over... The pig farmers asked Christ to depart from them - And that land is still desolate...

So thank you for being the kind of place that loves kindness and peace...

I must say the other only parches that thirst more...

The mods here do their job... I did the repetitive postings there because they would not, and the particular poster whom they would not censure in any way was horrifically name calling in every post, not just me but everyone who disagreed with him... I mean, it was WAY over the top... So no, if it comes to that point here, I will simply withdraw, and it will not come to that point here...

The Antiochene Metropolitan, brother of the Patriarch, I think, is mine, and ABP Gregorios is yours, and we pray for them both in every Service here in our little Mission Church of just under 80 souls, and growing...

My sense of things here is that I will not have to carry Joy to very many conversations here in order to support the participants, but that instead, I can just participate in conversations with joyful people...
