'Maybe there should be an all out ban on Twitter by everyone now to protest their block! Why not?!
Twitter? What's Twitter? But seriously, I'm detecting a concerted effort to keep this out of the public eye.

LOL!! You're just detecting it! It's been very obvious from the start!! I've never Twittered--do not intend on ever doing so. I tried Facebook for a little while--I got all sorts of phony e-mails purporting to be from people I knew, but the address was wrong and they had never contacted---so I never opened them, I was also getting more and more computer problems so I just deleted everything and left it. I also do not text or Pokémon---and I'm on the verge of getting off here as I've got 2 warnings for goading and at 3 you're banned for a month---What can I say---I have a horrible sarcastic streak--
If I may speak for a few moments, Tad. I want to reiterate and remind people that this is the life and reality of Native Americans in America today, as it has always been. Native Americans have endured oppression, racism, discrimination, marginalization, cultural genocide, and attempted genocide for over 500 years. We have always had to defend our lands from the encroachment of foreign invaders, crossing our lands like a horde of locusts, destroying and devouring everything in its path. We have struggled and fought against the greedy blood thirsty United States government since the very beginning when our lands were continuously stolen from our ancestors through broken treaties and forced removals. But many of our ancestors endured and survived the attempted annihilation, the forced removals, the death marches, the cultural genocide of "Kill the Indian, Save the Man", and the Indian Residential Schools. Despite all the centuries of trying to wipe us from the face of Mother Earth just so they could take our lands for themselves and then attempt to destroy everything about us and our culture, we are still here. We are a reminder of their crimes. We are a reminder of the lies they told when they said this nation was founded on freedom, liberty and justice for all. They have their freedom because they stripped my ancestors of their freedom and forcibly removed them onto barren wastelands of the Prisoner of War camps, also known as the Reservation. So, today, as I do every day, I celebrate the resilience, strength, and courage of Native Americans across our ancestral homeland on Indigenous People's Day. I celebrate our survival. I honor my ancestors and their sacrifices today.
Thanks for sharing.
Happy Indigenous People's Day
