Cyber Ninjas are not providing voting systems so they don't have to meet testing requirements, they are simply trying to do an audit. Obviously the tabulation machines from this election have not be examined in any previous audit.

Computer specialists have the skills to add one to a count for each candidate. You have to have some mathematical knowledge to deal with computers ( I , know, Joe claims that they can train out of work coal miners to be computer programmers.)

LOL At this point strategically they likely will hire another firm to go through the 2.1 million images of the ballots. The images are important because they should contain images of actual ballots that were put through the tabulation machines.

Yes, the people that write the code for the machines would have the skills to pad the count, but there’d be telltales in the code, they’d know exactly who inserted and compiled it into the programming. (It should go without saying that even attempting such is highly illegal, unethical, and if there’s more than one programmer inserting bogus code, the authorities will assume a “conspiracy” and proceed from there. The whole thing would be shut down and those responsible, prosecuted to the fullest extent of the applicable Laws.)

My response to Hank was in regard to him questioning the capabilities of the auditors because they had no experience on election systems. I good programmer doesn't need to be familiar with election programming, it would be a plus, but not at all necessary. Your idea about the whole thing being shutdown and people prosecuted is not based on the reality--perhaps just wishful thinking.

What matters is the legal authority over the Arizona election, the State Senate, has chosen them to do the audit, and now Dominion Voting Systems is obstructing justice.
