Arizona Democrats are suddenly engulfed in party chaos

Bitter infighting among the state’s top Democrats, apparently building for weeks, spilled into public view on Saturday when the state party chair, Robert E. Branscomb II, sent a letter to members of Arizona’s state Democratic committee attacking Sens. Mark Kelly and Ruben Gallego and airing private disagreements among them.
The senators and Democratic Gov. Katie Hobbs and Arizona’s secretary of state and attorney general shot back with a letter of their own declaring Branscomb “has lost their trust.”
Seems that the Democrats biggest enemies are Democrats.

A state squabble among Democrats. I mean....ok. Yet, your last sentence is a wee bit of a stretch.

Really Depressing’: Former Top Dem Operative Sounds Alarm On Dire State Of Her Party

Veteran Democratic strategist Patti Solis Doyle said on Friday that her party is in dire straits, lacking leadership, a message and an agenda
“The other problem that they have is that there’s no real leader. If your party holds the White House, the leader of the party is the president. If your party doesn’t hold the White House, the leader of the party is the last president of that party,” she continued. “So right now, for us, that’s Joe Biden. But he has completely — he’s off the radar completely … So right now, we’re leaderless, we’re messageless, we’re agendaless. We don’t have any alternative ideas to the president’s and the Republicans’ right now. So I’m concerned to say the least.”

Over 60% of Democrats believe that their party requires new leaders,

I think that's all good news (just like you think it's good news that AOC might run for President. ;) ) I quit the Democratic Party in 2016 when Hillary and the neolib faction muscled Bernie out of the nomination. It's fun seeing them have to go down with the ship.

Oh, a "strategist" no wonder she is so ridiculous.
“The other problem that they have is that there’s no real leader. If your party holds the White House, the leader of the party is the president. If your party doesn’t hold the White House, the leader of the party is the last president of that party,” she continued. “So right now, for us, that’s Joe Biden. We don’t have any alternative ideas to the president’s and the Republicans’ right now. So I’m concerned to say the least.”

The "last President" is the party leader? Where'd she get that from. Bush Jr. and Obama both effectively retired after their terms ended and didn't "lead the party". Trump stayed in control because he was planning to run again, and Clinton effectively stepped aside to not interfere with his wife attempting to take over the party. Bush Sr. also retired when he lost. Jimmy Carter went in to non-political public service. All of the recent presidents succeeded by the other party effectively stepped aside for newer leadership. Joe Biden stepped aside because he thought he was too old to serve a full term. Why would anyone expect him to do anything *but* retire.
Over 60% of Democrats believe that their party requires new leaders,
That does seem to be the case, and their biggest problem seems to be consultants and strategists.

No - their biggest problem is the division and chaos they are fomenting

The article you quoted doesn't illustrate that. It just features a consultant who wants a bigger payment.

The Democratic Party is currently experiencing internal challenges with no clear frontrunner. It is divided into three main factions: the progressive wing led by AOC and Senator Sanders, a faction represented by Gavin Newsom, and the traditional establishment represented by figures like Chuck Schumer.

The progressive wing of the party despises the establishment side, and vice versa. Gavin Newsom, recently known for "standing up to Trump," is gaining attention due to a power vacuum.

My concern is that the Democratic Party may shift to the left, allowing the progressive wing to dominate and reshape the party in its own image, similar to how MAGA took over the Republican Party and departed from the principles of the Reagan-W Bush era Republican Party.

I would like to see governor Josh Shapiro and his likes to be leader of Democratic party. but that is just a wishful thinking! Democrats
