This is from happier times in Florence, Italy with one of my dearest friends, and a nice random lady who is in our picture. She's probably a fellow tourist but if she is a local then she and everyone else has been in my prayers the past couple of weeks as the city has become a virtual ghost town due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

I had heard the same just yesterday from an Italian friend I know, Camilla. (She was an exchange student my mother took in back in 2014/15.) According to Camilla when she sent a voice recording of some sort to my mother's phone last night, she hasn't even been able to leave the house since the beginning of this month.

Lol, you know exactly who I am - you just wanted to show off your photo-shopping skills.

Some facts about this picture:

From what I remember of the "two right legs" girl, she was CRAZY bendy. She had not an ounce of fat on her, so she could hyper-extend at the hips severely - almost to the point that her waist could pivot 270 degrees.

The baby boomer guy at the front - next to the couple, had a pair of cowbells that he waved from sunrise, right into the after party. No joke, either. He arrived at 6am like I did. (Had I known he was going to be so relentless, I'd of thrown them into the Atlantic when he went to the bathroom.)

The guy behind me with the ponytail was a massive fan of someone who just happens to be a friend of mine. I introduced them and made his day. (See, I can be nice.)

I managed to eat 23 hotdogs on this day. I later went on to ride the roller-coaster AND keep them in.

The shop "It'sugar" sells peanut butter gummy bears. And they're pretty amazing.
