I don't think for one moment you are interested in knowing those things, but in case you change your mind start with Berosus's accounts of Chaldea, then maybe you can move to reading the Cuneiform tablets themselves, and then maybe you can move on to studying the scholarly work composed of them. I recommend starting with Amar Annus's works. Well that would be if you had any motivations greater than mockery.

The passing down of the knowledge of Civilization by the gods in ANE texts is common knowledge in academia. My employer believes there are UFOs and that they must be aliens from another planet. Someone pointed out to him, that since they're "unidentified", how can they then be identified as coming from another planet? They could just as likely been here all along and flying around earth from the distant past.

Being unidentified does not identify them either as aliens to this planet nor as top secret military craft. These two conclusions are based on conjecture, it is just as likely they've been here since the dawn of time.

Best way to describe them would be interdimensional demonic spirits who have utilized their forbidden knowledge to reintegrate back into our world.

In fact if you dig around you will find that there are three commonalities among reputable alien abductions.

1) abductees almost always have other family members who have been abducted, and are abducted more than once.

2) experimentation with human "alien" hybridization, embryo implantation, or removal of viable material to produce children. (Often also associated with attempts at indoctrination to believe integration would be a wonderful thing.

3) the only situations in which am abduction was stopped immediately and the human was immediately returned to where they were taken, is if the abductee cried out to Jesus is some way or form for help or intervention. Especially when the Name of Jesus is Actually uttered.

But I can tell you honestly, I have seen an honest to God ufo be rebuked and sent away in the Name of Jesus. It hit what I can only describe as an invisible barrier, bounced up and down hundreds of feet in mere seconds, then shot away like it was fleeing for its life.

I know I know, sounds insane, yada yada yada. But I have professional, tripod taken pictures of ufo's with a high quality 50x zoom lens on a pro quality Nikon camera.

Aliens do exist, but they aren't friendly, and they aren't born from another planet.

Look up Dogon and the Sirus mystery. this ancient race had accurate details of the Sirus star system. They also knew about a third star which cannot be seen by the naked eye and only discovered with telescopes in the twentieth century.

There is no way they could gain such highly detailed knowledge by themselves.
