Hello @returntosender, since the spelling of the word is the same in this case, invalid (bedridden) and invalid (false), we are all free to choose whichever "arbitrary connection" we like the most in the moment :)

As I said in the OP, the "connection" is made between the newest word and the word that was used in the previous post, alone (with no requirements beyond that .. IOW, no requirements to ~OR~ not to follow the train of thought in the thread that led up to the word that we are making our new connection with).

I think we tried requiring that with one of the other word association threads, but it quickly fizzled out because it became too difficult for people to keep the thread going when we also required everybody to keep the train of thought going too.

So (again), look at the last word posted and make an arbitrary connection with it ~in whatever way pleases you the most~ :D (this means that it is yours to choose whether to follow the train of thought that already exists in the thread .. cf Wheelchair>Invalid>Bedridden, or to begin a new train of thought instead .. cf Wheelchair>Invalid>False).

I hope that explains it (check out what I said in the OP too if you'd like to).

p.s. - back to the game...................

Bedridden ~or~ False (your choice :))
