I think it'd be awesome to be an apparition on Earth that draws people toward Christ. Heck, if I could save the soul of a loved one by appearing to them in a vision, I would!

Hi. I debate a lot with the Muslims and here was a thread on Jesus changing a Muslim's life.That's a possibility. Heck, I think most "visions" are hallucinations. Even visions of Jesus.
And that is why there are more Catholics than non-Catholics and I wonder how many Muslims have seen the vision of her. I may have to ask them about that.Other saints have appeared besides Mary, St. Patrick has been seen a few times, the Archangels, other Saints have been seen through the ages as well as Jesus, but Mary was the most vissable throught the 20th century

The devils will often respond while talking the form of the one besought, whether dead or alive, even if he is unaware of those who call on him. Those committing Shirk in this fashion believe that the person beseeched has actually replied when in fact it is the JINN replying. In Guadalupe, Juan Diego was told by Our Lady to build a Church.
He told the Bishop who wanted proof.
The Virgin appeared again and told him to open his cloak when he returned to the Bishop.
Keeping in mind this was the winter, I do believe, and flowers were not in bloom. [and this happened in 513 AD. I think that is the date]
And he returned to the Bishop, opened his cloak and not only did dozens of fresh roses fall out, but before the eyes of the Bishop and witnesses, his cloak started forming a picture of Our Lady.
Now this is very important to note. Our Lady wanted this done so the pagans would be converted.
AT that time in Guadalupe, pagans were killing children as sacrifices....and so she wanted to give a full message.
Not only did the apparition appear on this cloth, but the average like of the material is 8 years and it disintegrates.
The cloth is still with us today without disintegrating.
So it is now 1500 years old and the picture is very interesting as well.
The picture that appeared, as per the recent studies, shows that the picture appeared like a polaroid and amazingly the eyes actually give a reflection of the Bishop and two witnesses.
