I had posted here before but my post count was reset after i tried to get to the point where I could post something as simple a URL I mean COME ON PEOPLE.

I have in the past owned and operated a handfull of forums. I know how to navigate a forum, i know how to opperate a forum, i know how to make one.

I think there should be a forum aptitude test to decide your capabilities insted of your post count
