Starting today August 7th, 2024, in order to post in the Married Couples, Courting Couples, or Singles forums, you will not be allowed to post if you have your Marital status designated as private. Announcements will be made in the respective forums as well but please note that if yours is currently listed as Private, you will need to submit a ticket in the Support Area to have yours changed.

It's all okay now. Fixed the bug to do with the web server. Had to reboot many times to test it out. Took over 1 hour of reboots... probably rebooted the servers 10 times!

The thing is with these servers they take about 4 minutes to totally reboot... such a waste of time. Each time I did a config change, I had to reboot, and then when the bug was still there, I had to do it again. But I fixed it finally!

It is. A server is basically a very powerful computer that helps control a network. When they reboot, they have to go through a lot of different processes than your home PC would. Believe me, servers can be a pain. I have some networking skills from being in college for computer networking for 1 year and I can understand how much of a pain that may have been for Erwin.Faithful83 said:
