Anyone use fraps?

This programs free version shows the frames per second that your game is running at on screen and also captures screen shots.

I just recent got the full version and now i can capturein jpeg and even record the video games while playing them.

If you record at 60fps 30second of recording is about 400mb. The quality is pert near what game play is.( for those moments you dont want to forget!)

i have never used it myself but do you like it? because i have been thinking about getting it, what games do you use it on

It's a nice little program, but I've never really needed anything beyond what the free version can do (benchmarking, mainly). Especially since the full version is about $40 IIRC, it's just not worth it to me.

I use it on half life 2, far cry. almost any game!
