The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill is a pretty terrific record. I haven't heard any alicia keys.

yeah, i'm pretty partial to lauryn hill. i probably haven't really heard enough alicia keys to have an opinion.

When Alicia Keys first single debuted I love her music and I loved her.

Then I saw her on tv and she opened her mouth. She talks like a gangster and well I really don't like that. It might seem dumb to not like someone's music because of that but I was thinking how could someone who is such a beautiful singer talk like that.

You are right they are both AMAZING albums. I am personally a sucker for her MTV unplugged double album.

As for Alicia Keys, I think Songs in A Minor is miles better then The Diary of Alicia Keys. However I think Karma is one of her best songs. Not much paino, but its still great

Lauryn Hill is an awesome rapper. I recently heard the whole fugees cd "the score" and I was really amazed with her.
