Demon Hunter is my favorite heavy metal christian band.If you havent heard this band go check out there lastest cd The Triptych and listen.

The only really good christian metal band is DivineFire. Extol isn't too bad either.

can't remember offhand, but i do remember hearing it in more than one place. they've got a few decent songs, i just don't like them enough to listen to them all the time, or buy their stuff. even on its own merit though (aside from the whole joke band thing), i didn't like any of what i heard from triptych.

I would definitely have to see the source the joke band came from. That seems about as far from the truth as it can get.

They are just ok.
From the few songs I have heard, Ryan's vocals are a bit weak.
I'll have to hand it to Ryan for being a good A&R director on Becoming The Archetype's Terminate Damnation.

Not really, and if you think about it, it's not that much of a stretch to think it is possible, since OC Supertones started out the EXACT same way, yet played and toured together for years. Just because something starts out as a joke doesn't mean it is a fluke project (obviously, since they've put out 3 albums now).
