Anyone know if these games are compatible with Vista?

I got a new computer recently that has Vista--I want to install a couple of my favorite games, but I do not want to mess anything up. They are:

Star Wars: Empire at War
Star Wars Galactic Battlegrounds: Clone Campaigns
Age of Empires II: Age of Kings

Anyone know if these work on Vista?

Best thing to do is to try them. I've had no issues installing a lot of my programs on Vista 64. So long as they worked on XP, they should also work on Vista.

Yeah that's probably what I'll end up doing, I just don't want to cause any major damage that uninstalling wouldn't fix--I'm not the most computer savvy person in the world...

Empire at War does, afaik.

As for the other two, can't imagine Microsoft games falling foul of compatibility.

Don't think you can mess things up that badly by installing an old game.

i think vista you can cange teh file to run as xp

If she doesn't work initially on vista,

1. check for updates/patches. Usually a game will have a "check for updates" feature on the main menu/options screen.
2.right click on the program -> select "properties" -> compatibility tab -> check the box for "run this program in compatibility mode" and select the proper OS.
