I think they are joking about being literal Gods. They are trying to say they are made in Gods image. All christians are trying to obtain the heart of David, a man with a pure heart for God and his will. And I think they mean by operating in the gifts of the spirit we are to personify GOd. Compared to the people of the world who dont know GOd, we are the only PR people he has. And I believe they mean you have to emulate God, be love, pray for healings, speaklife to people because every word that leaves your mouth is an agreement with GOd or the Devil. If you say im dying, you might end up dying because a demon is dispatched. So I think they are talking about emulating God, following jesus' commandments to the church and such like cast out demons, heal the sick and so forth. I do not think they mean we are demonic deities like the roman gods of old.

No, I am not joking at all. Paul Crouch even says on video, yeah I am a little God. And after people called him on it, he gets on his TBN show and says "I don't even want to see your ugly face"...then Benny jumps in and says " I wish I had a machine gun, I'd blow your head off" and he also says "I wish there was something in the bible that says if you don't like them you can kill them"

Please don't take my word for it, you can buy these tapes, or when my Mom is done using them, if you want to view them and pay for shipping and handling, I'd be glad to let you borrow them. I have 4 or 5 tapes of TBN's false/evil statements.

This thread is dangerously close to being closed. We have several things going on here. We have some people honestly trying to reach out to others, then some accusing other posters, some accusing certain people. I suggest we all go back and read the rules of this forum before posting any further. If it continues the way it is going, it won't be open long. I personally don't believe Billy Graham is part of a cult at this point (even though the website may believe so...but maybe there are things I don't know yet either. I do though believe Copeland, Hinn and others like them are teaching false doctrine.

1. People will say they are WOF.

2. Then others will say its a cult

3. Then WOF will reply it isn't and ask what doctrines are.

4. Then they will say JDS or God Faith

5. Then WOF will reply wtih scriptures supporting doctrines.

6. Then Anti-WOF will call it a cult again

7. Then WOF will ask why? Considering scripture was given.

8. Then Benny Hinn & Copeland will be brought up. Called Heritics

9. Then WOF will reply that even Luther, Calvin, and others were viewed this way.

10. Makeup of Thread will be like every other anti-wof thread and pointless

Here.. I'll help. Here is step 1.

I am WOF. God pays all my bills, I have great health, beautiful baby and wife. Hes putting my wife and I both through college and we have food on the table every night. Why? Because his "will be done" because he states he will provide all these things. I am bold and confident in my prayers because I know he hears me and what I ask will be given because its in His Will(Word). I didn't need to pray that "his will" be done when my back was healed from ripped muscles. I didn't need to crucify Christ twice.

I am very blessed also, and the Lord put me through college too. We have food on the table everynight also... and I do believe Christ's death was so precious that I don't ever want to make it seem cheap. He will do anything He wills anyway, and He is chosing to bless you at this time. But, if your house ever burns down, and you lose everything, please continue to love the Lord and don't let your faith be rocked.

You obviously did not understand the WOF teachings about Spiritual Warfare. God blesses us because He loves us and He promises good health and prosperity even as our souls prosper. The first area of prosperity and health is to out soul. Then the other two automacally follow.

Scripture says, Seek ye first the Kingdom of God and His righteourness and ALL these things will be added unto you. Generally, the reason people are sick and cannot pay their bills is because seeking the Kingdom of God and His righteousness are not first in their life.

Giving up is not to be an option. . .that's where perseverence and fighting the good fight come in. And lest you say that I have never been in that situation. . .well. . .I'm in that situation now. . .and running from the fight is not a choice I am to make.

When we run to His presense then we find ourselves in that secret place where he promises that no evil will come near our doorstep. (Psalm 119) If we are not in that secret place why should we be surprised when calamity comes. We bring it on oursleves by withdrawing from Him when the heat rises, because our thoughts are more on ourselves and our needs instead of Him and His supply. That heat is supposed to make us stronger not make us run away and then say that what God says is not true after all, since in our life it is not showing as true.

God's word does not fail. We do.
