Good info. I could handle the spiders as they don't scare me, But if it was a snake forget it. lolspaghnum moss.
vinegar
Keep urine and feces separate, use moss for feces, vinegar for urine. Cuts smell and breaks down components.
I think of the castles in Scotland like caves, dank, moldy and full of spiders. lol
Yes we have copperheads and rattlesnakes and cottonmouths so we are {blessed} cough, cough..I used to spelunk.
Now,. with snakes you have to look them in the eyes...literally... if it's round, they are not poisonous, if it's a cat's eye, watch out! (Except for one... the coral snake...but it's orange color warns ya (yet there is an orange snake that isn't poisonous those sneaky fellas)). Best have a good light.
Well If I had a Drs salary I would... Cough coughWhy not hunt down a farm with a nice cave upon it... bigger cave... rent rooms out ?I need one I can drive my van into to protect against tornadoes.
I cannot imagine that cheap? It must have been steep as a cows face..I saw another for 281 acres with cave, only $98 k sold though. They have to be there. Imagine that acreage!
That sounds like the bargain of a lifetime at that price. Especially with water. No I think it had a small house and cattle too... grazing cattle need flat land somewhat? and a stream? I'm hoping I get into the mood to buy something.. .but I have 2 years after selling house to reinvest the money..
That sounds pretty good. I have several caves in the ole mental GPS, which I notice "reroutes" a lot, the older it get. lol31 acres in Stone County, Missouri - Trovit Homes
Here's one, not as much property though. They don't know if it's in KS or MO?
