In reference to Childfreedom, as in "I've been bingoed on a parenting board!," it undoubtedly developed on the internet.

It's a tendency among groups who feel they're being persecuted to make bingo cards and claim a bingo whenever one of their persecuted tells them one of several dozen hoary old sayings. Look hard enough on the web and you'll find "Anti-Catholic bingo," "Anti-Quiverfull bingo," etc. I don't know who came up with the original idea.
