Any TSO Fans here?

Hey, are any other TCLers here TSO (Trans-Siberian Orchestra) fans? I'm going to go see them this year for the 5th year in a row (1st 4 times at Lexington, KY, this time will be Cincinatti, OH). Just wondering if anyone else was a fan, either for just the music or for the message their Christmas albums have, or both. (Thought this might be a more fun thread after dealing with a certain assembly lately and all that has come with it...)

When I read the title of your post I thought you might be referring to the Toronto Symphony Orchestra.

Anyway, the Trans-Siberian Orchestra produces awesome stuff. I love their music. At church this year our choir will be performing their Christmas Canon.

Not a member of the Lutheran forum (obviously), but I love the Trans-Siberian Orchestra. I saw them once quite awhile ago, sometime in high school. I need to see them again. Maybe I will soon.

I'm hoping to see a healthy dose of Night Castle in their 2nd half part of their show this year.

I absolutely LOVE TSO! A couple years ago we saw them in St. Paul. It was an awesome show. I just with I could afford the tickets to see them every year, but- well- there are other things that have to come first. I have a couple of their CD's as well. I could listen to them all day.

I've been blessed and fortunate enough to be able to save up each year enough to get a few tickets. Every year I manage to find someone who's never gone and take them. I hope I continue to get to do that. (I find it amazing at how cheap the tickets are, compared to a lot of other acts anyway -- I heard Jeff Dunham was coming to my area once, and thought about going, but tickets were 100 bucks a piece! And he's just one guy with a bunch of puppets! The TSO has all those lights and pyro and instruments and performers... and it's only 60ish depending on the venue and the service fees of said venue)

Less than one week and my wife and I, and 2 friends of ours, get to go see them in Cincinnati! Woohoo! And we all managed to be off the next morning (usually wife and I have to work Saturday mornings), so we may spend the night to avoid driving back at 3 am. Can't wait!
