Well, if you have DirecTV, Ren and Stimpy are on channel 302. I love the early, John K episodes. The later ones were just too twisted for me.

Lot's of people have told me about red dwarf. I may check it out one day.

And Oblio, I agree, American sitcoms (and most american TV for that matter) just stink. That's why I watch mostly Japanese Drama, It's easy to find online, and the stories focus mostly on interaction between people, as well as having relativly moral messages. Which, I believe, are quite lacking in the States.

Red Dwarf

Yes, it's quite hilarious, but rather a guilty pleasure; last year they were showing them every Sat. night on my local PBS station.

I don't know what it is about American comedy - it's just not that funny. Or I don't get it anyway.

I love Red Dwarf. Unforunately, they only seem to be on when PBS is doing a telethon (but apparently it's on BBC Canada too).
