Hi All,

Just wondering if there are any programmers Web developers on here. Would be interested to know how all is progressing.

Just so you know, I am a PHP mySQL, jQuery developer. Been working around 15 years.

I have been a web developer for the last 14 years. Mostly ASP/ASP.net/C-Sharp with SQL Server. I did 5 years of integration work before that with VB, Clipper and Fox Pro.

I did a bit of that in my early days, I loved the object orientated approach. Still use it a lot in my PHP work.

Yes, I recently completed my AAS program in Web Development and will be starting a Bachelors in Computer Science in a couple of weeks. Honestly, as I am not an artistic person, it is the creative and design parts that I struggle with. I love the back-end and programming. I know HTML/CSS, JavaScript/jQuery, PHP, MySQL, and some Perl, Visual Basic, and Java.

Yea, I am more of a back end person too, Just have a heard time with all of the "Make it look good!" Take a look at what I am talking about. http://www.newsoverload.com. I think I have the basics of the content just new to make it more pleasing to the eyes......

Looks like you have been working hard. As for design it is always a challenge. I decided recently to do a course in Graphic Design, so I could improve the visual side of my websites. So far I have really enjoyed the course.
