CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

When I saw the preview the first thing I thought was "Disney wants to capitalize on Viggo's LOTR fans." I do want to see it, I do not expect it to be another "The Good the Band and the Ugly," by any means, but I think it looks pretty cool and will be entertaining. I like the fact that its a clean movie. I'm interested in that era, and while I know its not the best movie ever made I do not expect it to be, and Im looking forward to seeing it.

Our family went this weekend and loved it. There was plenty of action, scenery and the costumes and middle eastern stuff was interesting to see also. The horses were magnificent. Great movie, I recommend it for family viewing. (only a few curse words, no sex, no violence worth mentioning).

I saw it tonight and I really liked it. The horses were gorgeous. I loved that black horse that was Al Hattar. I have a weakness for black horses! I think it is so cute that Viggo bought the horse that was in the movie.
