  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

I love the phone which I'm testing to see what I can develop for it. I'm thinking of a traditional turn based role playing game that will have someone one their phones for hours. And than again I'm also looking into apps.

That sounds awesome. I really miss RPing but it's so hard to do from my phone and that's how I access the internet 95% of the time.

I have the T-mobile Comet. No complaints, it's a decent phone for what I use it for.

The graphics on android phones are impressive and I think with the right group of people, everything will work out.

I've been using an Optimus, it was rooted with CM7, and have an HP Touchpad with CM9. I really like Ice Cream Sandwich and Jellybean sounds even better. I just bought a Samsung Galaxy Nexus (got one right before the injunction was issued), largely because it will be the first to be upgraded. My first impressions of the phone are really good; beautiful screen, no bloatware, feels fast.

Now I just have to decide whether to wait for the OTA update to Jellybean or root it to put Jellybean on now.

Will most likely be getting an android phone in the summer, am looking at the Desire HD or the Samsung Galaxy 2. any other recommendations?

I just got the Galaxy S II Epic 4G Touch 3 days ago. My first smart phone, and being on Sprint (unlimited data usage) I fully understand where the term "Crackberry" came from! I love this phone - one of the best "impulse" buys I've ever made. I've had a lot of fun just in learning how to use one of these, and of course I've been on the Android Market hunting down all kinds of apps, like various games, GasBuddy, Facebook, and Weatherbug.

I use a Samsung Galaxy Ace.:D
I've had it for 10 months now.
When i bought it, i knew it was a little underpowered for some of the things i wanted it for. But it's a pretty good all round phone.:)
Though i really feel i should of saved a little more before buying; because as new phones and apps are coming out, and the more i use my phone, the more i'm noticing limitations.:o

My next phone may be any of the following(if i was to buy one now):
Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo.
Samsung Galaxy W.
LG Optimus 2X.

I'm thinking of dropping the Optimus X2. It sounds unreliable...

I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 2, and so far I love the thing.

Would you share your pros and cons thoughts? I'm considering getting one in lieu of ipad mini.
What limitations if any might I need to know? And also, is it awkward for phone convos? Thanks
