  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

I've been having a lot of anxiety attacks lately. Pretty scary at times. Perhaps it's a coincidence that I'm teaching a two-part series on spiritual warfare starting this Sunday.

I do not think it is a coincidence. Actually, it could be a good sign. It could mean the enemy knows you are going to be doing some damage to his kingdom of darkness and he is trying to stop you.

Anxiety at times can be like a fear and we know that perfect love casts out all fear. Also anxiety is a feeling and we do not live in our feelings, the just shall live by faith. Of course we always have the blood of Jesus, the enemy can not get past the blood. If the battle is more than we can handle, then we just turn it over to God and let Him fight the battle for us. We just offer it up to Him. So these are a few of the things I do and they work for me. Sometimes we need to join our prayers together with others. One can send 1000 to flee, but two can send 10,000 to flee.

I've never had anxiety attacks, but I used to have panic attacks for a while----shakes, profuse sweatings, heart hammering, etc.; they mimic a heart attack.

I cured them by getting mad and every time I felt one coming on, I'd say, "Okay, sucker, do your worst. Come on----kill me."

They never killed me, and eventually they just went away. :)
