CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Praise the Lord. Me and my husband were married for 4 years and had a child and eventually we separated for three years. We dated other people, he even got engaged. When I became a Christian the Lord started turning my heart back to my husband. We reconciled after three years. He wasn't a christian at that time. I prayed for months for his arrival. I prayed specifically for my husband that on his first visit to church he would tremble, drop to his knees in awe of God and would break down crying. Guess what? Thats exactly what happened. The Lord has restored my marriage and we have a wonderful marriage. Shortly after I sent my prayer request (title: DIVORCE), the Lord moved in this situation. I do not understand it, but it happened-- my husband came over and spent 3 nights with us this past week. He has been gone since Dec 21, 2001 and he would barely step foot in the house or even speak to me at any length. He is still not home and he has still not asked to come home, but I saw God move in this man's heart to at least spend 3 nights (Mon, Wed, Thurs) with us. The kids were sick and he usually just pops over early the next morning to take care of them while I go to work. My son asked him to spend the night and he said yes (he had refused to in the past and also he slept with me in our bed) I know it was a blessing from my Father!!! I was in shock and have asked God to not let my mind get so excited as to let this be an idol in my life before God. Thank you for all of your prayers[/b] [/shadow][/shadow] . [/glow] [/shadow]

My Dad had cancer twice and has lived through both.
The second time was much more serious and the doctors said that he was going to die... us and enoying life.
Its been 4 years from that day and he is still with us and enoying life.
