CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I would like to share with you that I have had an answered prayer.
My mom and dad offered to help my rent arrears it caused a bit of a upset but thank the lord that they helped me to get straight.

Just to let you know my grandmother was discharged from the hospital recently, thank you all for praying for my grandmother. I also did well in my examination. Thank you all. Please continue to pray for my grandparent's Salvation. Thank you.

hi. well...I never put a prayer request in here before but God has answered my prayer requests. I'd like to tell you all when my cousin had cancer. My cousin has had alot of battles with cancer in previous years but never one like the one he had last. My cousin survived leukemia and stomach cancer. He had both at the same time. After a month or so, He was diagnosed with a brain tumor. It spread very quickly to other parts of his body so the doctors had no hope for him. I'm the only one on my family who believes in God so everyday when I went to church I'd pray for him to be pain-free and happy. I prayed for a year and then in june he passed away. At first I was confused. I was woundering why God did this. I thought about it and remembered what I prayed for. I prayed for my cousin to be pain-free and happy. My cousin is now pain-free and happy because's he's in a better place now where he'll never experience pain again. Things might not of happened the way I thought it would but God surely answered my prayers.Badfish said:

Reading through these posts before I say good night.
Praising God for all these requests that have His guidance. Prayers for my family and friends have always
been in some way positive endings. It may not be a complete healing but there is God present.
