I sent a prayer request about my pneumonia recovery approx. a week ago. I've felt stronger and better every day, and now I'm close to normal. God is so good and faithful, but in a desperate mood it's so hard to remember it.

i had my prayers answered when my Daughter in law gave her life to Jesus at the Franklin Festival in Hobart. However since then she has slipped back into her old ways with a drinking problem. It would be so easy for me to give up on her,i have been let down so many times before. However I am sure God is testing my faith and all will work out in HIS time prayer is a powerful thing Praise the Lord.

Praying that everybody that are mothers day went great as my mother, sister, and sister-in-law all had great mothers' day!!

Wedding with my former now single classmates went well as I had a great time as the wedding was outside of the camp that the bride's dad supervises and I didn't have to "deck" anybody I thought that was being so condesending towards me when I attended camp in 1986 as an 11-year old because also my parents were there, and they would have some "words" with me if I attended alone. But also if I was alone and saw none of those "hotheaded" counselors, I wouldn't do that either. Silly praise and prayers but worked out fine last Saturday.

Hi i'm fairly new to the site, and don't know how to send a prayer request in yet. But in saying that I would like to encourage all off you, as God has answered a massive prayer Ive been asking for 10 yrs. To cut a long story short only 8 weeks ago the Lord healed me of cancer, out of the baptism tank straight into the Lords arms and what a miracle it was!!!!! Many had prayed for years, but as you can see God does everything in his own timing and 8 weeks ago thats what he did.

But in saying that I would like to encourage all off you, as God has answered a massive prayer Ive been asking for 10 yrs. To cut a long story short only 8 weeks ago the Lord healed me of cancer, out of the baptism tank straight into the Lords arms and what a miracle it was!!!!! Many had prayed for years, but as you can see God does everything in his own timing and 8 weeks ago thats what he did.

I had a job interview 2 weeks ago and thought I didn't get it because of the time that's passed, I was supposed to get called a couple days after.

I don't know if it is part or full time, kitchen or cash, but it's a job!

I last time I wrote on this answered prayers question was still unsure of the site. But I've now recieved an answer to prayer in 2 areas when I found out how to do it, One was I was blessed with someone explaining it to me and the second answer to prayer was I was in turmoil about my smoking addictions as I knew God wanted me to give up but I just didn't see the importance in it, now God has granted me the want to give up, giving me help from my brothers and sisters in Christ, and realising that to follow the Lord properly I really need to keep my body clean from wordly desires/addictions.
