Did you ever see that YouTube channel where that guy would make everything completely from scratch, like in order to make a chicken sandwich he would plant and grow wheat to make the bread and grow tomatoes and butcher a chicken (although you can't do anything completely from scratch because only God can make wheat and chickens) and so it would cost him a lot of money and take about a year to make one sandwich?

Doesn't that seem to negate the notion that we ought to consume only things made from scratch?
