  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

Awe, but if you can name a area, and by the time she is finished, she will have covered the whole globe, but no date, and wait long enough anywhere from one day to 100 years, that would make it look o.k, wouldn't it? Anybody can do this.

I agree Trish, but like my Dad used to say, even a blind squirrel finds an acorn once in a while. :D

I remember a seismologist on a news program stating several weeks ago that there was a high probability for another quake in that part of the world. In fact, he said there could be significant activity in that area for years as the 'whatever' they call settles.

I've read her posts before. She has an absolute hatred of Pres. Bush. I find her "hatred" very disturbing. Either she is right, and the rest of the Christians should recant their crusade aganist Abortion and their support of Bush, or she is wrong.

As to her ability to predict, Rasputin, the mad Russian monk was gifted with the ability to foretell the future. Edgar Cayce also predicted a few events. He got his information from a talking snake though. Let's not forget the immortal Nostradamus. Voodoo practioners use chicken bones, and their fans swear that they are able to predict the future.

So she may be in a like way blessed. But, there is her vitrolic hatred that rubs one the wrong way.

Heart, please go to this person's website if you haven't already. It is utter nonsense.

Oh, I agree for I have seen the website! But I just have some compassion for her and would like to see her be delivered for obvious reasons! I don't think she goes out of her way to bring in these false prophecies,I think she sincerely thinks we need to hear it.Although prophecy has got to be 100% right or it is not from God! But I still choose to show mercy ,it doesn't help to come and attack her, that just causes more to be said!

Oy. Now she's got me having Tsunami dreams. I just woke up from one about 30 minutes ago.

I dreamed I was in an open plain. There was a house there and I was with someone. For some reason, I get the feeling he was Hebrew. The area started flooding, but there was nowhere to climb to - so I headed around the to the back porch and we started holding on the the wood so we wouldn't get swept away. The huge waves came all around and curled and were going to break over us, but they just kind of hung there and started diminishing. Then I pushed them back with my hands. I started pushing them back all around as far as the eye could see and the land was clear again.
The people started gathering at the temple... dunno what kind and I don't know how they all survived. And we had to drink a little bit of wine before entering, because it signified a pure heart.

Wierd, no?

Most dreams are caused by what we're thinking about just before we go to bed. Granted I believe God speaks through dreams, but I don't think it's God when it was said a disaster was to hit the West Coast on Easter, and it doesn't happen. The problem with that though is if it was a false prophecy, the prophet can't ignore that fact or justify it. It was an earthquake, nowhere near the West Coast, not a tsunami. Even a prophecy that is 90% accurate (which this isn't) is still not 100%, therefore not from God.

Will MDulin then not stand up and be accountable?

Her dream, after all, was "confirmed" - although not by Scripture.

What say you, MDulin?

It's funny how it is so easy for any of us to see how this is not a right prophecy. How about the so called prophets that are standing in our midst at church or on tv, they speak forth this glorious word from our Father, and we take bait so easily???? Are we holding them soaccountable also??? Or do they have a name for themselves, because of influence from the pulpit,or are rich or just real good at decieving us?We have to be just as good at looking at their fruit for them people as we are doing here,or.. take the bait. How about the one that prophecy's over you and telling you a personal prophecy? Check it out before taking it to heart. There have been so many that have fallen for this, yes some are true, but many are not.

What I'm worried about is MDulin is like the person that cries wolf one too many times. And if she continues to do it, she will probably hit it correctly at least one time, not that she was given divine revelation, but because of the sheer numbers of so called propachies that she's willing to throw out there. Then her prophacy that happened to be correct, was not heeded nor taken seriously. God does not work like this. We are not to be decieved by false prophacies. Unless were willing to chalk it up that she's just practicing her "gift" until she gets it down pat.. I'm not willing to give that a consideration.

So do we just ignore this? If there was a tv prophet here, and they gave an incorrect prophecy, sure we'd stand up. Or are you saying that because we're not standing up to someone we don't know or have never seen, we should ignore all of them?

Sidenote: for all those who will argue with me and don't believe God gave me these visions for a purpose,

Yes, but what purpose?? To tell us that a tsunami is going to hit us soon but if we belong to Him we'll be protected; to tell us that we're in the last days and had better prepare ourselves; to let us know that all those not in Christ face terrible judgement; or to show us that you have a gift of prophecy?

Could you come back to this thread and let us know, please? God isn't a God of confusion, he would not give a "word" (and I place it in inverted commas because I don't know) and leave us to work it out for ourselves. And I still believe what I said in a previous thread, about prophecies being submitted to elders/fellow Christians for confirmation. We are instructed to test the spirits - not believe everyone who says "this is from God, you'd better believe it."

lol - that is most likely not going to happen. Like I said before... she is a spiritual arsonist. She lights a fire and watches at the police line while everyone buzzes around trying to put it out.

Good question. On one hand you want to tell this person off,but then if that is done, how should it be approached, for she is not a tv evangelist and not in it for some money ,and I think of her doing it as if she really believes it is from God,so should we approach differently? I know I don't usually have a problem with the other false prophets because its like they know what they are doing and is for their own profit, and that is disturbing and people get so hurt from them, that I feel like standing up for the victim....in this case, doesn't seem the same. I guess that's why I am trying to say things differently with this girl, for she sounds to sincere and don't want to hurt her.I don't know that for fact, but what was laid on my heart.Just a thought.Wait then act.
