Babys Response to Rescue After Being Flung 25 Feet in A Crash Leaves A Mother Believing in Miracles
By Malia Blom Hill
This sweet, happy face is the face of a miracle.
As Fox News 13 reports seven-month-old Madison Goldsmith was riding in the car with her mother Lashonda and a 15-year-old girl when their van was struck by another vehicle running a red light. When rescuers arrived at the scene of the crash, they feared the worst.
Madisons car seat had been ejected through the window and was sitting face-down about 25 feet from the accident. But when they turned over the seat, they got a miraculous surprise.
Madison opened her eyes and smiled.
Mere hours after the accident, Madison and her mother had been released from the hospital and were on the way home. Despite the danger she had passed through, Madison escaped with nothing more than a bruise on her forehead.
The Goldsmiths, thankful and relieved at their good fortune, are giving credit where credit us due. As Rhonda Mooney, a family member, told WHIO News, God does not make mistakes I tell people that all the time. When things happen, its all in His will.
