Hi all,

I have another prayer request for you. Yesterday, my shoulder was hurting and my arm went numb. And it was on the left side. So I freaked out (which is never good) and went to the dr. today and he says it's a pulled/strained muscle! It will heal in time.

Anyways, I had thought my dr. appointment for my physical (before procedures on Monday) was on Friday (tomorrow), but when I looked it up lastnight, I had Wednesday's date written down and I had missed my appointment! But I am so thankful that I was able to get in today or else I would not have been able to get these procedures done Monday! God is good!

Ok, now the prayer request.. I'm having and endoscopy and a colonoscopy done on Monday. I have never been sedated before and am anxious/nervous. I know I'm supposed to be anxious, but I admit that I am. Today the doc. thinks that I may have an overactive colon, possibly a peptic ulcer, tachycardia maybe due to thyroid or the colon problem, he hasn't a clue. Basically, I didn't find anything out. It seems everytime I go there they think I have something different than the previous time. Anyway, if any of you have been through any of this, I'd appreciate some feedback. and I could definitely use the prayers. I just wish all this was over.

Amy a thyroid condition can difineitly cause tachycardia. I have had my thyroid removed. Causes tireness as well. There is awesome medication for peptic ulcer as well. I come from a family with a history of ulcers...
