But where is your evidence that the photos were taken using distorting lenses, or that the spacecraft's windows or helmet visors distorted how they saw the earth? What about the testimony of Christian astronauts like Charles Duke?

We do read the Bible. We don't misinterpret poetry as literal. We correctly understand the purpose of the texts.

It isn't a fisheye, and if it was then the horizon is close enough to the middle that there would be very little distortion. A straight line in the middle of any wide angle lens will remain a straight line.

That's a ridiculous picture because the earth is a circle - you have told us many times that Isaiah says so. You have also agreed that a circle is curved.
If you are arguing for a flat earth, you should be showing a picture of a CD and showing how a fish eye lens makes it look a though it is a ball, or 3D.

Although as we know that the Bible talks about the depths of the earth, and you have said that the deepest hole ever dug was 40,000 feet deep,
I fail to understand how the earth can be deep and still flat - even you can't explain that one.

Can you explain why it is? It's you who's making that claim.

How can the earth be a circle - and we know that a circle is curved - and yet not be curved?
How can the earth be flat and 40,000 feet deep, at least, and not be a globe? Height/depth makes something 3D. A ball is round, a CD is round. But a ball also has height, whereas a CD is about 1mm high, if that.

But it was you who claimed that photos showing the earth as a sphere must have been taken with a lens that distorts the shape. So it is up to you to prove that it is so.

When I first got into "debates" on this forum and met you, your statement was that the Bible is "true to the letter". Later on you started saying that the Bible is literally true - "except for the parables, obviously". A short while ago you said that you needed to start considering when poetry was used in the Bible.
Now you appear to be saying, again, that everything is literally true.
