Not that they're mistaken, their research is wrong, their scientific knowledge is faulty or incomplete, or they interpret the Bible differently - they are deceitful, lying. They know that what they say is untrue but they still say it to fool and mislead people.
You say all this even though you don't know them, haven't met them and have decided you don't trust what you read about them.

Jesus said, "do for others what you would like them to do for you", Matthew 7:12. Or, treat others as you would like to be treated.
So if you would like people, for example, to be kind; to buy you surprise gifts, to notice when you are tired and make you a cuppa - then you behave that way towards them. If you would like others to treat you fairly, then treat them fairly. If you would like them to say that you are truthful, then be honest with them and treat what they say as the truth.
And if you wouldn't like people to jump to conclusions about you, or tell lies about you - don't treat them that way.

The fact of the moon landings isn't the slightest bit controversial. They are some of the most heavily documented events in human history. The space flights weren't just tracked by NASA, but also by thousands of amateur astronomers from their own backyards all over the world.
