Another hard night

Is has been 3 1/2 months since my husband went to be with the lord. I thought I was getting better but I am starting to have a hard time sleeping again. I just keep thinking about our life together and miss him so much. God has helped me so much. Without him I know it would be much worse. I keep thinking did I do everything I could to keep him here with me. Church has been a rock for me.
