As members might have noticed, they are unable to start threads in this area. Its really only for staff announcements, rather than a general discussion forum due to the software configuration settings.
As a result, we've moved the discussion threads over to the general rules discussion area, such that if you want to open a related thread its possible, where as in this forum, only staff would be able to do so.
