No, he has in mind everyone who DIES IN CHRIST."There is not a righteous man on earth who does what is right and never sins."Ecc7:20
Therefore just as one mans trespass led to condemnation for all, so one mans act of righteousness leads to justification and life for all.
For God has imprisoned all in disobedience so that he may be merciful
to all (11:32); and in the fifteenth chapter of I Corinthians, he
writes: for as all die in Adam, so all will be made alive in Christ
(15:22).
Accordingly, when Paul asserts in Romans 5:18 that Christs one act of righteousness leads to justification and life for all, he evidently has in mind every descendant of Adam who stands under the judgment of condemnation; when he insists in Romans 11:32 that God is merciful to all, he has in mind every human being whom God has shut up to, or hasimprisoned in, disobedience; and finally, when he asserts in ICorinthians 15:22 that all will be made alive in Christ, he has in mind everyone who has died in Adam.
Php 3:18 (For many walk, of whom I have told you often, and now tell you even weeping, that they are the enemies of the cross of Christ:
19 Whose end is destruction, whose God is their belly, and whose glory is in their shame, who mind earthly things.)
Mat 7:13 Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat:
2Pe 3:16 As also in all his epistles, speaking in them of these things; in which are some things hard to be understood, which they that are unlearned and unstable wrest, as they do also the other scriptures, unto their own destruction.
Luk 24:27 And beginning at Moses and all the prophets, he expounded unto them in all the scriptures the things concerning himself.
1Th 5:3 For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape.
2Pe 3:9 The Lord is not slow concerning his promise, as some men count slowness; but is patient toward us, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.
Jas 1:5 If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.
Lu 1:37 For no word from God shall lack endurance1.

Luk 13:23 Then said one unto him, Lord, are there few that be saved? And he said unto them,
24 Strive to enter in at the strait gate: I say unto you, for many will seek to enter in, and shall not be able.
When he has shut to the door, he shall answer I know you not whence ye are:
Luk 13:25When once the master of the house is risen up, and hath shut to the door, and ye begin to stand without, and to knock at the door, saying, Lord, Lord, open unto us; and he shall answer and say unto you, I know you not whence ye are:

Nah 1:3 The LORD is slow to anger, and great in power, and will not at all acquit the wicked: the LORD hath his way in the whirlwind and in the storm, and the clouds are the dust of his feet.
