Anime themes

ok guys, let's make a thread for anime themes only and make this a collection.

so, what are some of the anime themes that impress (or impact) you the most?

i'll start off with a few here...

Trigun: the ticket to the future is empty.

Kenshin: no war is ever justified (um, did i get that right?)
- anything, no matter how just it is, if it involved the innocent, then it is only fake heroism.

Gundam Wing/Gundam Seed: if fighting is necessary to build a better future, then it is needed. Is it possible to not shed blood, are negotiations and idealism ever able to achieve peace when the one you're trying to persuade is not listening?

i'm sure there're more out there...

Right now I'm listening to Setsunakutemo...Zutto from Fushigi Yuugi. I love that song! Before that was Digi Charat Ondo from Digi Charat ^^

ops, sorry Arthur, i meant the themes (the messages) that the anime are trying to bring across, not opening and ending theme of songs.

yes or no in the anime, Kelly? i've never seen Giant Robo.. robot? i'm guessing.. no.

Giant Robo is my all time favorite OVA. The name is deceiving, it's much more than giant robot combat.

red hawk (not that well known) = family and friends are great if youve got them, but dont take them for granted, you never know what could happen (or...family and friends are great if you've got them, but don't take them for granted, cos you never know when they could be turned into a gigantic murderous monster that doesnt know you're his brother!!!)
