I had a dream about angels the other night

I had a dream about angels the other night

I've enjoyed rereading my book on dreams the other day. Some of the dreams mentioned were about Angels.

my expirience with an angel was a personal one. It was after my gram had died of cancer. and i was not saved, i did not beleive in god, and i had done some bad things (i will not go into detail). But one night not to long after my gram passed, i had a dream. i was standing in the kitchen with my gram and i looked over to her and said "gram i thought you died of cancer" she looked at me and said "I did, but god gave me a second chance at life." I knew that this is not literal and she was back to life, but she had been accepted into heaven and she came back to let me know that god was real. it was still a while after that before i gave my self to god, and i still have to work hard at resisting sin, but i am young and have a long time to make up for what i have done.

I miss my grandma a lot ... it would be so cool to see her ... my grandma was the one in her generation of our family that was the one who kept the circle unbroken ... her dad was a Baptist minister ... aren't grandmas just the best! your grandma was still looking after you ... they always have our soul at interest God bless

Revelation 20:1-10
Satan bound for a thousand years

And I saw an angel come down from heaven, having the key of
the bottomless pit and a great chain in his hand.


And he laid hold on the dragon, that old serpent, which is the
Devil, and Satan, and bound him a thousand years,

And cast him into the bottomless pit, and shut him up, and set
a seal upon him, that he should deceive the nations no more,
till the thousand years should be fulfilled: and after that he
must be loosed a little season.

And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was
given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were behead-
ed for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which
had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had
received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and
they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.

But the rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years
were finished. This is the first resurrection.

Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection: on
such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests
of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years.

And when the thousand years are expired, Satan shall be loosed
out of his prison,

And shall go out to deceive the nations which are in the four
quarters of the earth, Gog, and Magog, to gather them together
to battle: the number of whom is as the sand of the sea.

And they went up on the breadth of the earth, and compassed
the camp of the saints about, and the beloved city: and fire came
down from God out of heaven, and devoured them.

1 Kings 19:1-7
Elijah flees from Jezebel

And Ahab told Jezebel all that Elijah had done,
and withal how he had slain all the prophets
with the sword.

ing, So let the gods do to me, and more also,
if I make not thy life as the life of one of them
by tomorrow about this time.
And when he saw that, he arose, and went for
his life, and came to Beersheba, which belong-
eth to Judah, and left his servant there.

wilderness, and came and sat down under a
juniper tree: and he requested for himself that
he might die; and said, It is enough; now, O
Lord, take away my life; for I am not better
than my fathers.

hold, then an angle touched him, and said unto
him, Arise and eat.
And he looked, and, behold, there was a cake
baked on the coals, and a cruse of water at his
head. And he laid him down again.
And the angel of the Lord came again the second
time, and touched him, and said, Arise and eat;
because the journey is too great for thee.

About 15 years ago an Angel appeared to me while I was at work and told me: "You are doing fine." The Angel was very tall and I couldn't get a good fix on the face: one second the Angel looked like a woman (soft and unlined) and a second later; angular like a man and even older, then shaded, then sunlit...
When I went to tell a coworker friend who was also a Christian, to come and meet this "customer," there was no one there. This building was huge and I had been standing in the middle of this place, talking to this Being. There was no way a human could have walked away without being seen--No Way!

My heart just rejoiced. Peace filled my life. I thank God now and I thanked God then. At that time, I was going through a very, very tough time in my life and was crying out to the Lord--pretty much 24/7 and HE sent His Angel with that message: "You are doing fine." Thank you Lord. I just want to do Your will and one day hear: "Well done My good and faithful servant; enter into My rest."

Judges 6:11-24
the call of Gideon

And there came an angel of the LORD, and sat under
an oak which was in Ophrah, that pertained unto Joash
the Abiezrite: and his son Gideon threshed wheat by
the winepress, to hide it from the Midianites.


And the angel of the LORD appeared unto him, and said
unto him, The LORD is with thee, thou mighty man of
valour.

And Gideon said unto him, Oh my Lord, if the LORD be
with us, why then is all this befallen us? and where be
all his miracles which our fathers told us of, saying, Did
not the LORD bring us up from Egypt? but now the
LORD hath forsaken us, and delivered us into the hands
of the Midianites.

And the LORD looked upon him, and said, Go in this thy
might, and thou shalt save Israel from the hand of the
Midianites: have not I sent thee?

save Israel? behold, my family is poor in Manasseh, and
I am the least in my father's house.

And the LORD said unto him, Surely I will be with thee,
and thou shalt smite the Midianites as one man.

And he said unto him, If now I have found grace in thy
sight, then shew me a sign that thou talkest with me.

Depart not hence, I pray thee, until I come unto thee,
and bring forth my present, and set it before thee. And
he said, I will tarry until thou come again.

And Gideon went in, and made ready a kid, and unleav-
ened cakes of an ephah of flour: the flesh he put in a
basket, and he put the broth in a pot, and brought it out
unto him under the oak, and presented it.

And the angel of God said unto him, Take the flesh and
the unleavened cakes, and lay them upon this rock, and
pour out the broth. And he did so.

Then the angel of the LORD put forth the end of the
staff that was in his hand, and touched the flesh and the
unleavened cakes; and there rose up fire out of the rock,
and consumed the flesh and the unleavened cakes. Then
the angel of the LORD departed out of his sight.

And when Gideon perceived that he was an angel of the
LORD, Gideon said, Alas, O LORD God! for because I have
seen an angel of the LORD face to face.

And the LORD said unto him, Peace be unto thee; fear
not: thou shalt not die. Then Gideon built an altar there
unto the LORD, and called it Jehovahshalom: unto this
day it is yet in Ophrah of the Abiezrites.
