We have a large amount of sticky threads in our forum. Do you think Erwin should make a subforum for all that stuff so we have it here, but it's not taking up so much space. What do y'all think?

I have been thinking about suggsting the creation of a Catholic Devotion subforum.
Half of the stickys would fall in there plus 2 or 3 other therads that stay on the front page most of the time.

Would also fall under devotionals, and that would cleanup 6 threads off the front page which be more then enough right now to keep most of the days threads on the front page

And I would say we put a sticky in that subforum, which is the apologetics about Praying to Mary and the saints, Purgatory
( we have all these in Q and A, but I'm saying we include those topics in the subforum too)

Actually, no.
I mean the very "basic" prayers. We are always getting converts to Catholicism so why not have the "Our Father", "Hail Mary", "Apostles's Creed", 'Glory be"...

Would people pay attention to a subform like that?
I leaning toward the thought that it would draw more attention to the threads then they do just mixed in with others.

I am not sure however if a sub forum for the pub threads would grow in number of threads much but the devotional subforum would have plenty of room for growth becuase there are so many great devotions out there.
Also the big problem is the one that pax pointed out that we have a bunch of sticky threads.
And I think they get ignored by alot of us becuase their always at the top there and I know I look past them to get to the new posts.
In a subform they wouldn't need to be sticky untill we got more threads then a page so it would be more likely for us to see new posts in them
