An interesting situation

I tried posting my testimony on this forum a while back but it got rejected because of the topic it dealt with. So even though this isn’t a testimony of me finding Christ, it is a crazy situation that I thought I’d share.

Last night my wife had to go to the ER because she had a migraine all day and passed out unresponsive and fell to the floor. Out of nowhere she started speaking in tongues but was not responsive to me. It’s the first time she’s ever done that. Here is where it gets interesting... About a month or two ago we had dinner with my Christian relatives that I rarely see. They discovered that me and my wife recently found Jesus and wanted me to share my testimony. After that we said a prayer to God to fill us with the Holy Spirit so we can receive the gift of tongues. Of course I was a little skeptical even though my faith in Christ is strong. But we said the prayer and obviously that night nothing happened. But heres the crazy part.. the paramedic that came last night asked me if we were religious. I told him that we were Christians. He said that she was speaking in tongues because he also speaks in tongues and recognizes the language! I mean there is no way this is a mere coincidence!! What are the chances. God’s presence was definitely upon us. She is doing better now and all tests came beck normal.

My father speaks in tongues since I was little. I used to hide in the kitchen when he was in the next room just to listen to him and try to understand what the spirit was saying, but still to this day I can't interpret it. I always thought it was fascinating. One time at Church we were in a prophetic class and many people received the gift. Loved hearing many people talking in the spirit all at once. It was surreal. I don’t soeak in tongues yet. Wow, thank you for sharing!
