Let me try explaining it to you again.

You agree with me that humans are mammals, but you believe that we are not apes.

When asked why we cannot be apes, you state that apes are dumb and we are trillions of times smarter than them.

Apes are actually intelligent compared to other mammals.

If apes are closer than the generic mammal to us in intelligence, why is it that you exclude them but not the more distant group?

Because YOU said that we evolved from ape. Who cares about other mammals? Nobody said we evolved directly from them.

No. You are wrong again. Intelligence is not measured by the number of cells. It might be measured by the electric activities take place in the brain. The number, the possibility and the pattern of that type of activity could be bigger then E20 or E30.

You know, you can actually look this type of thing up, no need to make guesses. There is approximately 10^14 synaptic connections in the adult human brain, but this is not an accurate measure of intelligence since this number dramatically decreases during childhood.

Also, you just said that the apes have 100 synaptic connections. That is closer to the level of a flatworm.

There is no species called ape. Ape refers to a family of closely related species.

We evolved directly from apes. We evolved directly from primates. We evolved directly from mammals. We evolved directly from vertibrates, from animals, from eukaryotes...

Birds don't evolve into mammals, animals don't evolve into plants, primates don't evolve into ungulates and chimps don't evolve into humans. They don't and they never have. The only people who claim they do are those who don't understand evolutionary theory, who can't understand it, or who refuse to understand it.
